Branch Out with Herbs

For more flavorful outdoor grilling, toss the woody branches of sage or rosemary on the coals. Brush on marinade with sprigs of sage, rosemary, or oregano. For skewers, substitute fresh-cut rosemary branches. (But for heaven's sake, don't use oleander. It's poisonous!)
