Hot 'N' Spicy Chocolate
This winter-time drink combines two of the world's most popular herbs, chocolate and chile pepper. Blend ½ cup sugar, ¼ cup cocoa, 1 tsp fine-ground chile powder; 1 tsp cinnamon, ¾ tsp cloves, ¼ tsp salt. Add to 2 cups water and simmer for four minutes. Stir in 6 cups milk and reheat. Add 1 tsp vanilla, whip, and pour into warm cups. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg, and add a cinnamon stir stick.
