Remember the Lemonade

Make a pitcher of memorable lemonade for your next garden supper. Place a cup of washed rosemary sprigs in a pan. Cover with water, bring to a boil, then cool and strain. Make your favorite lemonade, but substitute the rosemary tea (to taste) as part of the liquid. Serve cold, with lemon twists and rosemary sprigs. And don't forget that rosemary has a centuries-old reputation as a memory enhancer—a reputation that modern research has confirmed. Rosemary is for remembrance, and for unforgettable lemonade!
